Refund policy
We are not able to accept returns due to the personal nature of our products. This ensures that every pipe we send to a customer is a brand new item. In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please send an email to hello@wanderingbud.com and include a photo of the damaged item and a photo of the box (with shipping label visible) within 48 hours of arrival. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. If you feel you are experiencing an extenuating circumstance that warrants a refund, please email hello@wanderingbud.com to begin a conversation.
